Artist Debi Davis
Debi is a self-taught artist whose love of all things nature and appreciation of her surroundings have translated into the subject matter for her talents. A drive to always learn and apply new techniques has allowed her to create a diverse portfolio of works.
Her works have been juried into several of the nation's top competitions. Pieces were accepted into the Top 200 of the Arts for the Parks competition on several occasions and other work has frequently won awards and honorable mentions.
She has illustrated two children's books, has had several solo shows, and was included in International Artist's publication How Did You Paint That - Rivers and Lakes.
Over the past few years she has explored the world of miniature art and has had work in several of the top miniature shows in the country.
Preferred mediums are oils and graphite/pencil, but she also works with pastels, acrylics, and pen & ink.
